Sualeeha
Farid
Founder of The Table. The woman who decided that Pakistan deserved a better granola.
It started in a kitchen.
Sualeeha Farid started The Table in 2024 with a simple frustration: every granola she could find in Pakistan was either imported at an unreasonable price, loaded with preservatives she didn't want to feed her family, or so bland it tasted like cardboard with raisins.
So she made her own. She spent months testing ratios of rolled oats to nuts to cocoa powder, adjusting oven temperatures, experimenting with honey versus brown sugar, learning exactly how long coconut flakes needed to toast before they caramelized without burning. She made batch after batch until people in her life started asking where they could buy it.
That question became The Table.
The name is deliberate. Sualeeha believes food is about gathering — the act of pulling something beautiful from your pantry and placing it on the table for someone you care about. She wanted the granola to feel like that. Not a supplement, not a diet food, not a compromise. Just something genuinely good.
"I didn't want to make another snack. I wanted to make something people actually looked forward to opening."
— Sualeeha Farid, Founder
No Preservatives
Every ingredient in every pouch is something you can pronounce. If it doesn't belong on a kitchen shelf, it doesn't belong in the granola.
Small Batches Only
We don't scale up and hope for the best. Each batch is made by hand, in small quantities, so we can control every stage of the roast.
Made in Pakistan
Premium artisanal food shouldn't have to be imported. Sualeeha built The Table to prove it could be made — and made well — right here.
Every batch is
made by hand.
The Table granola is roasted in small quantities at low, consistent temperatures — the kind of careful, slow heat that commercial production can't afford to use. It's the difference between granola that's baked through and granola that's just scorched on the outside.
Sualeeha sources rolled oats, nuts, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, and natural sweeteners with the same attention she'd give to buying produce for her own home. If an ingredient isn't consistently good, it doesn't go into the batch.
Each pouch is sealed the same day it's roasted. No sitting in a warehouse. No preservatives to compensate for time. Just fresh granola, packaged immediately, and delivered across Pakistan.
