Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At The Table, we take great pride in the quality of our artisanal products. Due to the perishable nature of food items, all sales are generally final.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process a claim, we require photographic evidence of the item and its packaging sent via WhatsApp to 03042103429.

3. Resolutions

Upon verification of a valid claim, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
  • Provide a partial or full refund to your original payment method.
  • Offer a store credit for future purchases.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been prepared for shipping. Once an order is in the preparation or shipping phase, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Delayed deliveries caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Orders with incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
  • Items that have been opened or partially consumed.
